Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 225 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 1 orange(s), untreated, zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- Butter for the baking tray
- Flour for the work surface

quick and super tasty, makes about 20 pieces
Grease two large baking sheets with butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the butter and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Chop the chocolate into pieces and add it to the bowl along with the orange zest and juice. Knead with a fork or your hands until firm, then roll into a ball. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll out to a maximum thickness of 1 cm. Cut out circles about 6 cm in diameter. Place them on the baking sheets, leaving space between them; they will spread out. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to set on the baking sheet.
