Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g bacon (rib bacon)
  • 6 onions
  • 1,000 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 large cans of tomatoes, peeled
  • 5 stalk(s) leeks
  • ½ liter sweet cream
  • 600 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 2 large cans of mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the rib bacon. Finely chop the onions. Brown the rib bacon with the onions and ground beef until well browned. Finely chop the leek and add it along with the peeled tomatoes. Let everything simmer for 20 minutes. In the meantime, combine the cream with the herb cheese spread and the mushrooms with the mushroom broth. Add the mixture to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with fresh white bread.
