Lukewarm chicory salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicory
  • 1 tsp onion(s), freeze-dried
  • 1 tsp garlic, freeze-dried
  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • 5 tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Cut the chicory into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tomatoes into thin strips. Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Cover and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Turn everything over once. Serve the salad lukewarm. Add more vinegar if desired.
