Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage
- 2 large onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g sweet cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions

Tart with sausage and onions
Thaw the puff pastry, dice the sausage, and fry it with finely chopped onions and garlic. Mix the eggs with the spices, cheese, and cream. Add the sausage and onion mixture. Line a springform pan with puff pastry, pull up the edges, and spread the mixture evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for 45 minutes. Tip: Can also be made with yeast dough.
