Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ bag of farfalle
- 125 g feta cheese
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- 2 tbsp pesto (rocket and tomato pesto)
- 1 ½ cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the farfalle until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms and bell peppers. Then fry them. Mix the pesto with the crushed garlic. Drain the pasta and mix with the pesto. Add the mushrooms, bell peppers, arugula, and feta cheese and mix everything together.
