  • 250 g lamb loin(s)
  • 3 slices of Camembert without rind
  • 100 g bacon, cut into strips, preferably well marbled
  • 1 handful of dill, fresh
  • 1 tbsp oil

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius. Cut a pocket into the lamb loin. Finely chop the dill. Press the sliced ​​lamb loin, cut-side down, into the dill, top with cheese, and fold it shut. Lay out the bacon slices and wrap the meat in them. Press firmly. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the lamb loin all over. Place in the oven and cook for about 40 minutes. Tip: Serve thinly sliced ​​with a cold dill dip as a main course (hot) or as a starter (cold).
