Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s), pitted
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

as I know and love her

Wash, stone, and weigh the plums. Puree the fruit until no lumps remain. Transfer the mixture to a sufficiently large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and continue to simmer for 3-4 minutes. Immediately pour into prepared twist-off jars, seal, and let stand with the lid on for about 5 minutes.
