Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g pasta, e.g. short fork spaghetti or small croissants
- 3 tbsp Emmental or Gouda, grated
- some water
- some milk
- 1 small cocktail tomato or date tomatoes
- fried onions
- Herbs
- Peas, frozen
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Salami, diced
- Garlic granules
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Microwave cup noodles
Place the pasta in a large soup bowl and add enough water to just cover. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the precooked pasta along with the cheese. Add fried onions, diced salami, ham, peas, or herbs as desired and mix with the pasta. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper, nutmeg, garlic granules, and cayenne pepper. Stir well and add enough milk to just cover the ingredients. Microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Stir again. If the pasta isn’t al dente and the sauce isn’t creamy enough, microwave for another minute. Stir well and serve.
