Macaroni and egg

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Break the macaroni into small pieces (approx. 5-6 cm long) and cook al dente according to the package instructions. Drain well in a sieve. Heat margarine in a pan and add the pasta. Whisk the eggs with salt and nutmeg and pour over the pasta. Fry everything, stirring occasionally. Homemade apple compote goes wonderfully with it!
