Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g pasta, cooked
- 3 eggs
- n. B. Pesto
- e.g. Parmesan
- some fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and then fry the pasta until lightly browned. Crack the eggs over the pasta and stir well until the eggs are completely set. Transfer the pasta and eggs to a plate. Spread the pesto on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. It tastes delicious and is quick to make.
