Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n sauerkraut
- 200 g bacon, streaky
- 3 onions
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp sugar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the onions, bacon, and apples, fry them in a little oil. Then add the sauerkraut and sugar, and let everything simmer with a little water for about 30 minutes.
