Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 300 g broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed (ready-made product)
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated Gouda
  • 200 cooked hams

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and cook until al dente. Dice the ham. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the broccoli and ham, and sauté briefly. Mix the pasta with the passata, broccoli, and ham. Pour into a greased 26 cm springform pan. Mix the eggs, cream, and half of the grated cheese, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for about 35 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Place the pan on parchment paper in case it spills.
