Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- salt water
- 4 tomatoes
- 500 g crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- basil
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, cook the pasta in salted water as usual until al dente. Meanwhile, peel, dice, and sauté the onions. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the onions. Finely chop the tomatoes. Add the crème fraîche and the chopped tomatoes to the onions. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, vegetable stock, and basil. Place the drained pasta in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Then spread the grated Gouda cheese over the sauce. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan oven: 180°C) for 20 minutes.
