delicious light dish

Cut the salmon fillet into approximately 3×4 cm pieces. Cut the bell peppers, celery, and tomatoes into roughly equal-sized pieces. Slice the leeks and onions. Heat oil in a pan. Add the fish, celery, and leeks to the pan (frozen salmon does not need to be thawed beforehand) and let them simmer. You can also sear the fish a little longer, if you like. Add the onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes and simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Add the chopped tomatoes, bring to a boil, and season to taste.
