Macaroni in broccoli and ham sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 450 g macaroni
  • Salt and pepper, white, from the mill
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sauce thickener, light
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 1 small onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sauté the broccoli florets in vegetable stock. Dice the onion and ham. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat the fat in a pot. Sauté the onions and ham, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with the broccoli stock. Stir in the sauce thickener and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the broccoli. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and stir in the sour cream. Serve with the pasta.
