Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g shrimp(s), frozen, ready to cook without intestines
  • 500 g salmon fillet(s), frozen, without skin
  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1 pepper, red, hot, pitted and in fine rings
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • herbs, Italian, frozen
  • Sugar
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled, approx. 850 ml
  • 300 g macaroni, short

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Thaw and rinse the salmon, then cut into 2 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or pot. Fry the salmon for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove, and set aside. Fry the thawed and rinsed prawns for 2 minutes, remove, and set aside. Sauté the onions and garlic in the remaining cooking fat. Add the pepperoni rings and sauté. Add the tomatoes and chop them. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and 3 tablespoons of herbs. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Add the prawns and salmon to the sauce and heat briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Add the pasta to the pan and mix everything together.
