Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 oranges
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 0.15 liters of orange juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 pomegranate

Fillet the oranges and reserve the juice. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice. Place the orange segments side by side in a shallow dish and sprinkle some lemon zest over them. Mix the orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar together and pour over the oranges. Let stand for at least 4 hours, or overnight if desired. To serve, remove the pomegranate seeds and scatter them over the oranges. This serves at least 4 people.
