Mackerel rillette – irresistible and lightning fast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g smoked mackerel fillet(s)
  • 150 g cream cheese, natural
  • 1 tbsp, heaped capers
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread for bread chips & co.

Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets and roughly shred them. Add cream cheese, chopped capers, and lemon juice to taste, and mix well with a fork. We serve these mackerel rillettes with sabse15’s delicious bread crisps as an aperitif—I’ve shared this recipe 100 times already.
