Maggi's walnut cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 2 cans of walnuts, 100 g each
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 bar of chocolate (Milka dark chocolate cream)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer, then add the butter, sifted flour, baking powder, and rum. Stir in the nuts and chocolate shavings using a spatula. Line a loaf pan with baking paper, pour in the batter, and bake for about 1 hour at 160°C (convection oven). Once cooled, melt the chocolate in a water bath and spread it over the cake.
