- 2 cl rum, brown
- 2 cl rum, Jamaica
- 2 cl almond syrup
- 2 cl lime juice or lemon juice
- 1 cherry(s) (cocktail cherry)
- 1 lime(s), quartered
- Mint, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cocktail
Shake the rum, juice, and syrup vigorously in a shaker over ice, pour into a highball glass over crushed ice, and add the lime wedge. Garnish the Mai Tai with mint and a cocktail cherry.
