- 300 ml Beef stock
- 300 ml Red wine
- 1 piece Onion red
- 200 ml Dark gravy preserve
- 1 tsp Green peppercorns

- For the sauce for the beef fillet, put the beef stock in a saucepan and heat it, add the red wine and combine with the gravy from the tube to make a sauce.
- Peel and dice the red onion, add it along with a few green peppercorns and let everything simmer a little.
- Remove the sauce from the hob, add 50 ml of cream and stir vigorously. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pre-cook the potatoes in salted water, take them out of the pot and put them in a pan with oil. Add any fresh rosemary to taste and fry everything. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the beef fillet into 4 portions and fry in a little oil in the pan to taste.
- Boil the cauliflower in salted water until soft. Serve everything together.
