Cutlet in One Piece

The perfect cutlet in one piece recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 Kg Pork chop in one piece
  • Meat seasoning Bruno from my KB
  • 1 piece Garlic fresh
  • 10 piece Potato
  • Ghee from my KB
  • Cold pressed peanut oil
  • 3 cl Beer
  1. 1 Season the chops and place in the roaster with the heated ghee and peanut oil and fry all over
  2. Add the garlic and potatoes and cook at 170 degrees for about 90 minutes
  3. IMPORTANT pour beer over the chops in between
  4. 3. Cover and let the meat rest for 10 minutes at the end of the cooking time
  5. With the potatoes and a fresh salad, this makes a tasty meal
