Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g feta cheese, mild (creamy) or cow’s milk cheese
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 Pepper , fresh red
- 2 Pepper , fresh green
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 100 ml olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Pluck the rosemary needles from the stems and finely chop. Deseed the peppers and finely chop them with the garlic. Combine the oil (both types of oil), peppers, rosemary, and garlic and let it sit for a moment. Pour some of the marinade into a bowl and place the cheese on top. Spread the remaining marinade over the top. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. The feta can also be prepared the day before. It goes well with fresh baguette.
