  • 100 grams of whipped cream

  • For decoration: cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, or ground nuts

When you have all the ingredients together, here are the steps to follow:

  1. First, chop your dark or milk chocolate into small pieces, and also cut the butter into small pieces.
  2. Now put the cream in a saucepan and let it boil briefly.
  3. After that, remove the cream from the heat and add the chocolate and butter. Mix everything together well.
  4. Then let the mixture cool down. If you want, you can now also add alcohol.
  5. Then put the mixture in the fridge for about 10 hours.
  6. After that, take the mass out of the fridge and form small balls with your hands.
  7. You can now roll the formed balls in, for example, cocoa, grated chocolate, or ground nuts.
  8. After that, the chocolates are ready to be eaten. They keep for a few days in the fridge.
