Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cinnamon powder
  • 10 g clove powder
  • 4 g anise powder
  • 2 g nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 6 g cardamom powder
  • 3 g coriander powder
  • 6 g ginger powder
  • 3 g mace

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Goes great with pastries, desserts or even in warm drinks.

Preparation is incredibly simple; all you have to do is mix the ground spices together and then pour the spice into small jars. It should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. If you follow these instructions, the spice will keep fresh for up to a year.
