Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g cream with 35% fat
- 2 g citric acid powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Dissolve the citric acid in 2 ml of water. Heat the fresh cream. As soon as it starts to boil, add the citric acid and stir until the mixture thickens. Let it cool and refrigerate overnight.
