Make your own peanut butter

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g peanuts, fresh (alternatively roasted, salted peanuts)
  • Oil (peanut, sunflower or rapeseed oil)
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for 1 jar of approx. 420 g

Shell the peanuts. Alternatively, you can also use already shelled, roasted (or salted) peanuts. Briefly roast the peanuts in a pan – without fat – and then let them cool slightly. Add the nuts to the blender and turn it on. Alternatively, you can use a strong immersion blender. For a chunkier version of the peanut butter, remove some of the chopped peanuts from the blender after a few seconds and stir them back in at the end. Process the peanuts in the blender until the peanut butter has a creamy consistency. Depending on your taste, you can also add oil, milk, salt, or powdered sugar to the nuts in the blender. Have fun preparing this and enjoy! PS: Are you in the mood to eat? Then feel free to check out my chef profile or my YouTube channel.
