Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 20 g fresh yeast
- 1 jar water, lukewarm, 180 ml
- 1 jar olive oil, 180 ml
- 1 some salt
- 800 g pepper(s), light green, Spanish or Italian
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 1 chili pepper(s), red, fresh, more to taste
Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, add the olive oil and salt. Pour this mixture into the center of the sifted flour and, starting from the center, slowly mix the liquid with the flour, then knead. Preheat oven to 200°C (preferably not fan-assisted). Wash and dice the vegetables, mix all ingredients, season with salt (be careful of the anchovies) and pepper. If desired, stir in a finely chopped fresh chili pepper. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the vegetable mixture on top. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 200°C. After baking, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil while still hot. Can be eaten hot or cold. Also great as an aperitif or at a buffet.
