Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g yogurt (blueberry)
- 1 piece(s) banana(s)
- 1 handful of grapes
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp cereal flakes (5-grain)
- e.g. orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
delicious, fruity, with oat flakes
Cut or break the banana into pieces and place it in a tall mug with the remaining ingredients. Blend with a hand blender until there are no more pieces and it’s a drinkable mixture. Add a little more orange juice, if desired.
