Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of farmhouse bread
- olive oil
- 150 g goat cheese
- basil
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly. Brush the bread with olive oil and scatter the finely chopped garlic cloves on top. Place the bread on the grill for 2-4 minutes, then remove. Dice the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, and basil, and scatter them on the bread. Sprinkle the cheese in small pieces on the bread and grill for 2-3 minutes.
