Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg blackberries
  • 350 g mirabelle plums
  • 1 banana(s), approx. 150g
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 peppermint leaves
  • Rum, white
  • 500 g gelling sugar 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sort and wash the blackberries, wash and pit the mirabelle plums, peel and slice the banana. Add the lemon juice. Wash and finely chop the peppermint leaves, and add them as well. Combine everything in a saucepan with the gelling sugar and puree. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into clean jars, add a tablespoon of white rum to each jar, and seal. This recipe yields 7-8 jars of 250-300 ml each.
