Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into the well and mix it with the water and a little flour to make a starter dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Knead the starter dough well with the flour, oil, and a little salt. Beat the dough until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl and bubbles (add a little more lukewarm water if necessary). Cover the dough again and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the dough on the baking sheet. Fry the diced onion in a little heated olive oil in a small pan until translucent. Cover the dough with ham and/or salami, then arrange the sliced tomatoes on top. Add the sliced mushrooms and the onion, which have been fried in olive oil until translucent. Spread the diced mozzarella on top and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese. Season with pizza seasoning and freshly ground black pepper. Bake the pizza on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 200°C to 220°C for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
