Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 8 slices of cheese (Gouda)
- 8 slices of cooked ham
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 can/n rolls (Sunday rolls Knack und Back)
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Italian salad
Wash the lettuce and chop into large pieces. Wash the cucumber and tomatoes and slice or dice them. Drain the tuna and feta. Place the lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes in a large bowl and toss to combine. Spread the tuna over the lettuce. Sprinkle the chopped eggs and diced feta cheese over the lettuce. Place the cheese slices on the work surface, place a slice of cooked ham on each slice, and tightly wrap the cheese and ham in the slices. Cut into thin slices and arrange them over the lettuce. The salad tastes best with freshly baked Sunday rolls and balsamic vinegar.
