Maultaschen with cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 Maultaschen
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onion and bacon and sauté briefly in butter, then pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Add the Maultaschen (ravioli) and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and grate the Parmesan cheese. Add the tomatoes, heat through, and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with the Parmesan shavings. Simply serve with some salad; it’s quick and delicious.
