Ingredients

Almond base:

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Ground almonds

Filling:

  • 6 sheet Gelatin
  • 2 Tangerine preserve
  • 250 g Quark
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 250 g Cream

Passion fruit topping:

  • 200 ml Passion fruit juice
  • 100 ml Mandarin juice
  • 2 packet Custard / sauce powder / cream food powder

Instructions

  • Beat the butter, sugar and egg until frothy. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the ground or chopped almonds. Pour the dough into a mold and flatten it (with a spoon that is dipped in boiling water beforehand) evenly over the entire springform pan. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. By the way, this soil harmonizes with all types of fruit.
  • 2nd filling: soak gelatine in cold water. Drain the tangerines. Mix the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar and the juice of half a lemon. Mix with the dissolved gelatin. Surround the floor with an edge. Pull the whipped cream under the quark mixture and fill it on the bottom.
  • Maracuja glaze: Mix the passion fruit juice and tangerine juice. Bind with vanilla flavor with instant sauce powder or with vanilla pudding powder. Pull the icing over the curd cream.
