My Buttermilk Bread Nannsi

The perfect my buttermilk bread nannsi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 cups 500 ml buttermilk
  • 5 cups Dingelmehl
  • 1 bag Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead (let) to form a dough. Then I let the dough rise for 60 minutes (I forgot the dough) knead again and shape a body, place on a tray, if the dough sticks, just wet your hands, cut into them and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. – DONE ….. oh … let it cool down 🙂 … but it also tastes warm 🙂
