My Buttermilk Bread Nannsi
The perfect my buttermilk bread nannsi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 cups 500 ml buttermilk
- 5 cups Dingelmehl
- 1 bag Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead (let) to form a dough. Then I let the dough rise for 60 minutes (I forgot the dough) knead again and shape a body, place on a tray, if the dough sticks, just wet your hands, cut into them and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. – DONE ….. oh … let it cool down 🙂 … but it also tastes warm 🙂

- For the long bread, instead of the buttermilk, I used a 500 ml cup of yogurt and instead of the yeast just 1 teaspoon of baking soda and then you don’t even have to let the bread rise 🙂 This is a particularly great bread for beginners :)))
