Warm Red Cabbage Salad

The perfect warm red cabbage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Red cabbage fresh
  • 8 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt + pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Mustard
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Red wine
  1. Remove the outer leaves, then halve and cut into thin strips.
  2. Add the mixture of vinegar, oil, crème fraîche, salt + pepper, mustard and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
  3. Bring the vegetable strips including dressing to a boil with 0.5 l broth + 0.1 l red wine. When it boils, turn the stove down + simmer on medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes.
