Warm Red Cabbage Salad

- 1 piece Red cabbage fresh
- 8 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar dark
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt + pepper
- 4 tablespoon Mustard
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Red wine
- Remove the outer leaves, then halve and cut into thin strips.
- Add the mixture of vinegar, oil, crème fraîche, salt + pepper, mustard and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Bring the vegetable strips including dressing to a boil with 0.5 l broth + 0.1 l red wine. When it boils, turn the stove down + simmer on medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes.
