  • 250 ml Oil
  • 5 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 4 a cup Whipped cream

  • 1 Can Peaches
  • 400 ml Passion fruit juice

Instructions

  • Beat eggs and sugar until frothy, mix custard powder and baking powder. Add the pudding powder / baking powder mixture to the egg mixture spoon by spoon and add the oil in between. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, put an edge on it and pour in the dough. Bake the base in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  • Whip the whipped cream with 3 packets of vanilla sugar and 3 packets of cream stiffener. Drain the peaches and cut into small cubes. Mix this with the whipped cream and spread on the well-cooled base.
  • Mix the passion fruit juice with the sauce powder and distribute over the whipped cream mixture.
  • This cake is also very easy to freeze and tastes thawed like freshly baked.
