Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of mandarin orange(s), preferably unsweetened
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 6 Speculoos (spiced speculatius)
  • 4 speculatius cookies

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Christmassy, ​​super quick and easy

Place the mandarins in a sieve and drain well. Set half aside for later decoration. Mix the quark, sour cream, honey, and spices well in a bowl. Place the speculatius biscuits in a freezer bag and crumble them with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin. Add the mandarins and cookie crumbs to the quark mixture and stir well. Season to taste, adding honey if desired. Spoon the cream into 4 dessert bowls and decorate with the mandarins and the speculatius biscuits. Tip: If you like your cream crispy, don’t make the crumbs too small and add them just before serving.
