Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- ¾ cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) mineral water
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 5 can/n tangerines
- 2 packs of cake glaze
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- e.g. cinnamon and sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sheet cake
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the flour, oil, mineral water, and baking powder and mix everything together. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Drain the mandarins, reserving ½ liter of mandarin juice. Mix the juice with the cake glaze powder to make a glaze. Spread the mandarins on the cake base and spread with the cake glaze. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Then stir in the sour cream. Spread the cream over the cake and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, if desired.
