Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 point cake glaze, clear
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a batter from all the ingredients except the lemon zest. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. Let cool thoroughly, then cut in half. Prepare the glaze according to the instructions. Spread the mandarins and glaze on the bottom layer. Sweeten the cream slightly and whip until stiff. Spoon some of the cream over the mandarins, then place the second layer on top. Decorate the cake with the remaining cream. If you like, you can also garnish the top with some chocolate sprinkles or mandarins.
