Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g mandarin orange(s) from the can, drained and 150 ml juice from the can
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 pack of gelatin, ground
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the mandarins with a hand blender, then place the mandarin puree and mandarin juice in a saucepan, heat, and add the gelatin and vanilla sugar. Bring everything to a boil while stirring, then add the apple juice, stir again, and let it cool.
