Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • Flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, granulated
  • Chives, in rolls
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • 200 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat a pan and add the crème fraîche. Pour in the broth and thicken with flour. Simmer gently for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and bouillon cubes. Add the chives and parsley. Cook the pasta until al dente and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
