Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 mandarin oranges, fresh
  • 1 small pear(s)
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • n. B. Honey
  • e.g. lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the mandarin oranges. Peel and finely chop the pear. You can leave the peel on if you like. Puree the mandarin orange and pear pieces with the buttermilk and season with honey and lemon juice. Serve in glasses.
