Orange and grapefruit salad with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 oranges
  • 80 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • n. B. almond(s)
  • e.g. raisins

Instructions

delicious as a dessert

Peel the grapefruit and cut into wedges. Peel the oranges and cut into wedges. If you like, you can also cut the fruit into segments. For the dressing, whisk the honey and yogurt until smooth. For the topping, roast the almonds in a pan without fat. Place the grapefruit and orange in dessert bowls or plates, pour the sauce over them, and sprinkle with almonds and raisins. You can also use rum-soaked raisins, if you like.
