Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 660 g minced beef
  • 10 g salt
  • 2 g pepper
  • 10 drops of Tabasco
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix thoroughly. Then use a burger press to form patties of the desired size.
