Mango and Kiwi Dessert with Caramelized Almond Flakes

- 50 g Grated almond
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 0,5 Ripe mango
- 2 Kiwi fruit
- Mix sugar with vanilla sugar, melt in a pan without fat while stirring, add sliced almonds and stir fry until the almond flakes are golden-brown. Spread out on baking paper and let cool. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Peel the mango, cut off about half of the pulp and cut into diamonds. Put the fruit in layers in dessert glasses and sprinkle with the caramelized almond flakes. Chill until ready to serve.
