Mango and Nectarine Smoothie

The perfect mango and nectarine smoothie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Fresh nectarine
  • 3 handful White grapes
  • 0,5 Apple
  • 1 Hazelnut-sized piece Ginger
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  1. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the core and roughly dice. Wash, quarter, core and cut the nectarine into pieces. Peel, core and roughly dice the apple. Peel and finely dice the ginger.
  2. Put the grapes, the prepared fruit, ginger and lemon juice in a tall mug and blend finely with the blender. Add enough ice-cold mineral water until the smoothie has the right consistency.
  3. Divide into glasses and serve garnished with fruit skewers.
