Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 pear(s), ripe
  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 8 cl orange juice, possibly less

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For babies from 6 months. Very fresh and delicious.

Wash the mango, peel it, remove the core, and chop it finely. Wash the pears, peel them, and core them, also cutting them finely. Puree the mango and pear with orange juice (a little less at first; add a little more if the puree is too thick) in a blender. Then pass it through a fine sieve; if any pieces don’t blend, this will remove them. Pour into jars and freeze or refrigerate. The puree will keep in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
