Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml cherry juice
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 250 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for 4 glasses

Wash the orange and lemon and dry them. Slice both. Place the citrus slices in a saucepan with 250 ml water, the cloves, cinnamon, and sugar. Bring to a boil until the sugar has melted. Then add the juices and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, remove the cloves, cinnamon sticks, and citrus fruits. Divide the punch among 4 glasses and serve.
